Anastasia – founder, Women and child health expert ADB Nutrition Anastasia den Blanken | Nutritionist and health coach I am a qualified nutritionist and health coach with clinical nutrition experience. What difference does this make? Clinical experience means that I have practical experience when it comes to nutrition advice. Some things only look good on paper, my role is to help you turn dreams into reality. I am mum of three kids: a six-year-old girl, a four-year-old boy and a little baby boy. I was diagnosed with thyroid disease back in 2019 and after experiencing weight gain, mood swings and struggling with fatigue, I went on a mission to improve my own health. From being low on energy and fatigued, I am now a healthy and energetic mum of three. I am working, studying and looking after my little ones. After obtaining the required qualifications I am now working as a health coach and nutritionist. I enjoy helping women gain back control over their health through nutrition and informed decisions about their health. My second clinic is dedicated to helping busy parents get on top of their child’s and family’s health. Check out Healthy Bunny here: click here. I am insured to practice and DBS verified.
